The SUNFOREST H-100C could be used by growers and industry technical reps to independently and nondestructively monitor NZ ‘Hass’ avocado dry matter onorchard throughout the season.

It could replace existing destructive monitoring. This could allow growers and packhouses to determine when to submit samples for maturity clearance testing.

It may also be used for independent research / investigation of trials involving fruit quality.
